Our Story
A skilled baker, known for her artisan breads and pastries, faced the unimaginable when her and her family lost their home in the 2018 fires in Paradise, California. With only a few salvaged tools, she returned to her roots—baking not just to survive but to create something beautiful from the ashes.
Her signature sourdoughs, baguettes, and focaccias became symbols of resilience. The Rosemary and Roasted Garlic Focaccia, along with the new Caramelized Onion & Gouda Focaccia, quickly gained loyal fans for their rich, comforting flavors. Her cookies, sold by the dozen, became a treat for families to share in tough times, offering a taste of hope with every bite.
Each loaf and pastry she baked carried the spirit of restoration, turning her small bakery into a place of comfort and healing for the community. As Jesus said, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry...” (John 6:35). Through dedication to her craft, she rebuilt not only her business but also the bonds that holds her family together, one perfectly crafted piece at a time.
